Details of Apartments 105 & 304

Both apartments have been furnished in an Andalucian flavour. Satellite TV, Air conditioning and heating are among many additional features provided for the benefit of our guests. Both apartments have a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, suitable for sleeping up to four guests. Linen and bath towels are provided (changed weekly), but please bring your own beach towels. The fully fitted kitchens have 4-ring hob and oven, plus fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. For the benefit of guests, both apartments have a washing machine, hairdryer, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner. There is a cable TV with English and European channels, video, CD, radio and tape player. Heating and air-conditioning, make the apartments ideal for all year round letting.

Apartment 105 is a well positioned end of terrace villa with large south west facing terrace overlooking the ornamental lake and with superb views of Burriana beach. The American kitchen gives way the dining area and lounge. From the hallway there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and bathroom with full bath and shower. A balcony bedroom window allows a sea view direct from the double bed!

Apartment 304 is spacious and well equipped. From the bedrooms and the south-east facing terrace there are magnificent views overlooking Burriana Beach and the Cero Gordo beyond. The apartment has a kitchen with archway and serving worktop to the large dining area and lounge. The double bedroom is off the lounge and both have access to the terrace. The hallway from front door and kitchen, gives access to the twin bedroom, bathroom (full bath and shower) and shower room (both with w.c. and hand basin).
